Miyoshi city which has a great dam lake is selected as the place for the world game of "wakeboard" by the WWA (World Wake Association) in the U.S. in this time. Because the big dam lake which is calm and flat water surface is suitable for the wakeboarding. Through holding this world game, Miyoshi city wants to activate thier city. Because the city is in really rural area and depopulatin is serious problem. So they need volunteers to run this world game smoothly.
