Duitsland | Natuur en constructie

Samen met 8 andere vrijwilligers ga je voor 14 dagen naar een natuur en constructieproject.
Het project duurt van 29 juli t/m 12 augustus.

If you love hiking and working outdoors, this project is for you! The community of Kappelrodeck is located in the holiday region of the northern Black Forest where you will find a wide area of hiking paths. This summer, the community wants to start building a new hiking path. Part of the path will be created in the forest area. Support local workers and the “Bauhof” (builders’ yard) in this project and help them make the Black Forest an even better experience for hikers! Since you will be working in the middle of the forest, please remember to bring suitable shoes and clothing.
You will be accommodated in the local school’s building. Camp beds, a kitchen and sanitary facilities are provided. Showers are located in a sport hall just around the corner (it’s a walk of 3 minutes). Please bring your own sleeping bag!
Kappelrodeck is a small community situated in the Black Forest. It has a total of around 5,700 inhabitants. The region and its beautiful landscape attract many tourists throughout the whole year. Besides, the area is famous for its delicious red wine. The locals are interested in getting in touch with you and show you the beauty of this area. You will be able to use the local swimming pool for free and can get a special discount on local transportation. Hiking as well as excursions to cities like Strasbourg or Freiburg are possible.
For the sixth time, the community of Kappelrodeck in the Black Forest invites an international work camp! This year, the international group will help build a new hiking path in the forest next to town.
