In 2010 JAUNATNE SMAIDAM started to work on the development of the outdoor education centre. As we work mainly with outdoor education methods and adventure pedagogic methods it is necessary to have a camp place for trainings and seminars. Besides, our scouting and guiding groups sport tourism team need a place for practical learning. In the outdoor education centre we plan to make low and high ropes routes, different tracks for team building and learning scouts and guides arts. Volunteers will help to clean the territory of the planed outdoor education centre i it is a forest and a meadow. We have a plan to build as well a camp fire place, toilets, educational tracks, etc. Cleaning work will include cutting shrubs, cleaning a ditch, mowing grass etc. Part of outdoor education centre is as well our youth house. Volunteers will help in preparation of wood for winter heating and as well in small renovation works.
