The archaeological project in which the Workplace focuses on this edition of 2019 will be based, in this second phase, on the continued cleaning of the Castro Montesclaros area by cleaning Castro’s defensive system in the first superior enclosure.
The voluntary people that participate in the recovery of Castro Montesclaros will do their own activities from the beginning of an archaeological excavation, (exclusively cleaning tasks), in order to know directly the process that must be followed in any archaeological investigation and the techniques used by archaeologists.
O Castro, its surroundings, its history, the ways of life of the Celtic era, etc. will be topics present in this work camp.
