The overall objective of the field is to preserve natural resources for present and future generations, so that our active collaboration serves as an example to all people who, like us, share the natural environment that surrounds us.
Finca Torretes has been recognized as a Biological Research Station and recently as a Botanical Garden, which allows the development of research plans and specific environmental education programs, interesting dissemination and participation activities for all those who are interested.
Accommodation and meals for the group will be provided at the Colegio Publico Teixereta, C/ Maestro Chapi, n 11, en IBI.
The centre has all the necessary facilities, such as kitchen, dining hall, bunk beds, hot-water showers, leisure areas, etc. Food is prepared on site, by professional cooks.

Evening activities, group dynamics, sports activities, games.
These activities will be coordinated by a team of entertainment professionals.
It will be presented a plan of cultural and leisure, to be developed by volunteers during evenings and weekends which will complement the voluntary work.
The project is organized by the Institut Valencia de la Juventut (IVAJ) in collaboration with the City Council of IBI. The volunteers will be accompanied in the realization of the works by a technical team integrated by a forestry engineer, a technician and a scientific director.
