Zet je in voor een groepsproject in België. Dit project vindt plaats van 3 t/m 23 augustus en biedt ruimte aan 8 deelnemers in de leeftijd van 20 t/m 99 jaar. Als vrijwilliger zal je werkzaamheden gaan uitvoeren gericht op kinderen.

Werk
Animation of activities for asylum seekers living in the center (mainly children, which relieves their parents a little): creative workshops, environmental awareness (sorting of waste, etc.), swimming pool, outdoor games, sports , visits ... Children like a lot the activities organized by the volunteers. It's a bit more difficult to attract the adults. Discussion and sharings with them is easier in the evenings . Volunteers can prepare ideas for activities to bring from home. They will also be involved in activities organized by other volunteers from the center.

Volunteers will sleep in a room of the centre.

Vereisten
Be 20 years old and over and fill in the extra motivation form. . To enjoy working and playing with children and have done it in the past. Artistic and musical skills are an asset. The work camp can be psychologically tiring.
Opmerkingen
For your information, the budget granted to the Centers for Asylum Seekers was drastically reduced in 2014. Volunteers are then encouraged to realize activities at a lower cost and those who want are welcome to bring material with them. For more information: http://www.fedasil.be
The budget for the food is very tight, this aspect can be an issue for some volunteers (not much variety and luxury). Please take some food with you if you think it can be a problem.
