In the free time volunteers could go on the beach by foot (200 m).
Breakfast, full lunch, snack and dinner, each volunteer will have a bed in rooms of up to 8 people each room has a bathroom and two showers with hot water plus there are two outdoor showers. The volunteers will prepare the meals by themselves. There is a washing machine. Volunteers must be organized to keep clean the structure.
The project stems from the concern to revalue a property confiscated to Ndrangheta, exactly to Mannolo s family, convicted for international drug smuggling. For ten year the building was closed and rejected by multiple agencies including the Church, until 2007 when it was requested and obtained from Crotone WWF volunteers for 10 years with a concession interest-only loan. The building now is a CELA (center of legal and environmental education) and became the symbol of the fight against organized crime in the province of Crotone.
