ACTIVITIES: Tour of the city. Our first day to live with the rest of the group. Walk along the trail, so you can learn more about this imitative. Talk about deep ecology. Socio-environmental rally. Bonfires to share Adventure route: Crocodile route: Sumidero Canyon and viewpoints* Visit the main viewpoints of the city.
ACCOMMODATION: Volunteers will be accommodated in a house with all basic services. Volunteers need to bring a sleeping bag. Volunteers will have food – 3 meals a day except weekends.
San Cristobal is characterized by its peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with an artistic and bohemian flair which attracts many European visitors, especially. Although San Cristobal is the principal market town and commercial center in this area, it’s also the best hub from which to explore the surrounding indigenous villages and the magnificent natural beauty for which Chiapas is known.
PROJECT: If you would like to learn about crops, organic fertilizers, being in the middle of nature and learning about agroecology, ecology, bioconstruction and more, this is for 2! For a week we will go into La Montaña, where more than being a space for volunteering, it will be a space for learning about the different areas of incidence. The best thing is that the activities in the orchards, greenhouses, and farms will be combined with learning activities, rallies, and bonfires to share and learn. Jongeren onder 18 jaar moeten voor vertrek verplicht een training volgen. De kosten hiervoor zijn € 50 euro en worden apart in rekening gebracht.
Let op: naast het inschrijfgeld betaal je ter plekke nog een lokale bijdrage van $ 4.200. (Ca. € 208)
