The hands-on activities will create the content that can be published and raise awareness to preserve heritage sites and persuade local people to see their own value. Volunteers will be trained/workshop about Media content creator (VSA methodology) and produce the contents by their skills from World Heritage site resources.
The output of content creators will be pictures, storytelling, video, clip, sketching, drawing, painting, infographics, vlog, etc.
To raising awareness of Heritage site into community, there will be activities in the small primary school in the communities, there will be about 40-150 students in the school. Volunteer will separated into 2 group from Primary 1 to primary 6 in each class raising awareness about WHV program and Presenting the Dong PhayayenThrough the Lens that participants creating.
As well as renovation and manual activities by local need.

Khaoyai National Park, Nakhon Ratchasima

Dong Phayayen-Khao Yai Forest Complex. It is a habitat of the highest importance for the conservation of biodiversity. Including the habitats of plant species. and/or animal species that is scientifically outstanding or global conservation. Preservation, The heritage site need to be maintenance to preserve the area as much as possible.Promotion, for the sustainable site, the prompting area will support the the organization and working committee to continue work on the site area.
Dong Phayayen-Khao Yai Forest Complex spans 230 km between Ta Phraya National Park on the Cambodian border in the east, and Khao Yai National Park in the west. The site is home to more than 800 species of fauna, including 112 mammal species (among them two species of gibbon), 392 bird species and 200 reptile and amphibian species. Covering 4 provinces Saraburi, Nakhon Ratchasima, Prachin buri and Nakhon Nayok. the national park work with provincial and local community to sustain the site and plannign together to preserve the site and designed the most beneficial for local communities.
Aims
To promote Dong Phayayen, the Nature World Heritage site in Thailand which has been approved in 2005
Raise up awareness to young people in Thailand natural resources value
To create new contents from heritage site from international volunteers to international level
Aangezien je in dit project met kinderen gaat werken, stellen wij het verplicht om een VOG (Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag) aan te vragen.
Het inschrijfgeld voor dit project bedraagt € 345, exclusief € 50 korting voor studenten en jongeren onder de 18.
Let op: naast het inschrijfgeld betaal je ter plekke nog een lokale bijdrage van ฿ 17.000. (Ca. € 465)
