Food will be prepared by everyone. The participants are encouraged to assist in the preparation of the meals. Filipino food would be mostly served in all meals. The participants will be accommodated at the Retreat House center near the project site. It is built of concrete materials and with basic facilities. A personal blanket and towel are needed. You may bring a camping tent if you like, the place is ideal for camping to experience nature.

The location has nice natural places for organizing outdoor activities like sports and fun games with children and youth.-WIFI connection is not accessible in the community, but mobile data connection is accessible in limited areas.

For Participants: Blanket/Sleeping bag, towel, toiletries, toilet paper, personal medicines, comfortable light clothes, tree planting and swim wear, rubber shoes/sleepers, working gloves, comfort food and drinks, small flag of country, etc.Optional:May bring local snacks/food, souvenir, etc. to be shared with participants/localsMay donate agricultural tools, music/sports equipment, 2nd hand clothes, shoes, toys, educational supplies, art/educ materials if you like give to the children/youth/locals

Volunteers must pay for the Participation fee for 12 Days-280 Euro and 6 Days-200 Euro
Het inschrijfgeld voor dit project bedraagt € 345, exclusief € 50 korting voor studenten en jongeren onder de 18.
